CAS: Third and Final Activity Grind Report.

Over the past year I have had a lot of progression in improving lower leg strength. I have recently achieved two of my designated goals. These include: 20 kg lunges and 100 kg dead lift (my max so far has been 110 kg). I have now switched my training method to work on my upper body, whilst still keeping a dead lift, lunges and an additional leg press.

I have found that the dead lift is very good in increasing my explosive strength, though I feel as though this strength would improve if I worked more on my core. An example exercise to increase this strength would be 20 metre bear crawls with the 20 kg weight bag. I have tried this in the past with cross-fit though due to the increasing intensity of school, have been unable to dedicate myself to this.
