For my third activity I have chosen weights specifically focusing to improve my golf as well. This is because I would like to continue golf in university.
To improve my distance in golf I will focus on arms, legs and core to swing with a faster speed and more powerful however still having accurate shots.
SMART Goal arm : To be able to increase my on rep max for bicep curls by 5 kg within the summer break
SMART Goal legs : To be able to jump one level higher in box jumps within the summer break
SMART Goal core : To be able to hold a side plank 30 seconds longer than my previous max hold
Over the summer break I will work on this goal testing my improvements on the driving range and golf course to see whether I have made any improvements.
