Activity 3 checkpoint 1

During the summer break I have been training hard in all three aspects of my smart goals. I have set three goals to ensure that my body is balanced when in comes to improving my overall golf.

For arms I have been doing exercises such as pull ups, chin ups, dips and bicep curls but focusing to gain muscle strength not muscle endurance. For legs I have been exercising different parts of my legs like quadriceps, hamstrings to ensure in my golf swing there is as little movement as possible as well as able to keep my balance when standing on different terrain. For core I have been focusing to improve the speed at which my hips can turn. To do this I have done many vicarious exercises improving not just my abdominals but lower and sides as well.
