Activity 3 checkpoint 2

Throughout the summer break I have been continuously training different aspects of my body using many different exercises to ensure I am developing my entire body not just one part. Since I am gaining more strength I have been trying to increase the amounts of reps / weights depending on the exercise I am doing.

For example during my one arm planks I have been trying to increase the amount of time I can hold it for. Training for this I have been doing sit up with weights as I am getting stronger also changing the exercises to make it harder. Hopefully by the end of the summer break I am able to achieve my goals and maybe achieve higher than expected.
