My target for Nike training is to decrease my resting heart rate from around 68 bpm to around 60 bpm over the period of 10 months.
My target for crossfit is to be able to lift heavier weights when I do back squats and deadlifts. Over a period of 10 months, I want to increase my 1-rep max for back squats from 58 kg to 70 kg. For my deadlifts, I want to increase my 1-rep max from 60 kg to 75 kg.
My target for inferno pilates is to strengthen my core. My target is to be able to hold a plank for 2 minutes straight, as of right now, I can hold a plank for 45 seconds, the process will be over a period of 10 months.
